CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE


DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a leading firm in event fundraising, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our participants, donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests from event participants.
  • Provide information and assistance regarding event registration, fundraising campaigns, sponsorship opportunities, and other related inquiries.
  • Process event registrations, donations, sponsorships, and other transactions accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our CRM system.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of customer service strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
  • Monitor feedback and suggestions from customers, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and making recommendations to management.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Customer Service Manager or other members of the leadership team.
  • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, products, and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in training programs designed to provide a thorough understanding of event fundraising principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events, including logistics management, vendor coordination, and participant engagement.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and management of event volunteers to ensure successful event execution and participant satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote events and drive participation through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and community outreach.
  • Provide excellent customer service to event participants, sponsors, donors, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the development of event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate event performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for future events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in event fundraising and management.
  • Support other departments and initiatives within the organization as needed, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
